Bliss

LOVE this page!  It was once again a Cathie Allan project and really quite simple to do.  Loved the Kimberley Trickle Creek Glof Course that this was taken at.  It was so hot that day!!  Loved it.  If you have any comments or questions on this page let me know.

I have two more pages that are "in progress" but after I finish those, I am going to make some cards.  Then I will return to make some more of these great "memory pages"!

Five Sweet Years

I am really on a roll with these pages.  Following Cathie's instructions are quite easy and then make a few changes to make it "yours".  Once again, an article in Canadian Scrapbooker from the great Cathie Allan.  Let me know what you think and ask for any details.

Dream

Here is another fabulous page from the wonderful and talented Cathie Allan and again this one appeared in Canadian Scrapbooker.  The black and white is truly outstanding.  I would love to know what you think of this one and if you would like any details just let me know.

Sewing Box

This one is another kit from "Treasured Memories" in Edmonton and was designed by Kathleen Sundby.  It is so full of tiny details that can't be captured.  The boxes and papers were from the Tim Holtz line and are wonderful to work with.

If you would like any of the details, just let me know.  As always, I would love to know what you think of this.

So Kissable

Here is another Cathie Allan page!  This one is also an article in Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine.  There weren't very many instructions on how she did this one so I just "went with it" and I am really quite happy with how it turned out.

I would love to hear what you think of this one and if you any details just let me know.

Where the story begins!

Here is the second installment from the vintage pages coming from "Treasured Memories" and Kathleen Sundby.  I am really happy with how these are coming along and look forward to making all of the pages.  There are going to be 2 pages every month until September and it will be a great album when complete.

I have taken 3 different photos to show you how the two pages look together as I couldn't get all into one photo.

I think I am going to wait until the pages are complete before adding the photos.  Right now I think I need some black and white pictures to go with these gorgeous papers.
As always, I would love to hear what you think of this one.

Smitten!

I am trying to do as many "Cathie Allan projects" as I can this year.  I have so many articles from her that I want to try, I decided to make this a goal for the year.  Let's see how many I can finish!

This one was a class and then the article ran in Canadian Scrapbooker.  I ended up using a picture from Christmas 2009.  I like how this one came out.

I would love to hear what you think of this one and if you want any details just let me know.

One more Brother!

One more "borrowed" big brother with a birthday!  This one was another simplre card but it was fun to make.  I got out some of the stencil paste from Dreamweaver and then just added the glitter.  The inside was stamped and embossed with gold powder.  Hope Albert likes this one!

Paris Page

This one came as a kit from the "Treasured Memories" store in Edmonton.  It was a joy to put this together and it was designed by Kathleen Sundby and she did an awesome job.  There are going to be several pages over the next few months to build an album.

I made a couple of changes.  I changed the title and added some layers to the flowers but other than that it is the original design.  I hope you like this one.

If you want any other details just let me know.

Hoppers and Lobster!

Hi there!  This thank you card has gone to some very good friends of ours who put on a fabulous dinner every year for 8 friends.  This year was fabulous as always.  Mexican theme with shrimp, excargot, salmon, lobster and we actually ate "GRASSHOPPERS"!

The card is quite simple but I thought it was quite effective.  Wine and white cardstock, gold embossing powder and Tim Holtz Distress inks.

I have no idea why this picture turns in the blog and I have tried everything!  Oh well, here is the inside.

I hope you like this one and if you want any other details just let me know.
